Application:
This module is usually used to automatically control the forward and reverse rotation of an DC motor, and it can also be used to automatically control the extension and retraction of an electric linear actuator.
The module has two dry contact relay outputs. When the module is powered on, relay 1 is connected, and after waiting for A seconds, relay 1 is disconnected. After waiting for B seconds, relay 2 is connected, and after waiting for C seconds, relay 2 is disconnected. Then after waiting for D seconds, relay 1 is connected again. In this way, two relays are connected or disconnected alternately, and the module repeats the cycle until the power is turned off.
All 4 delay times can be set individually.

Specification:
Model: 0040001
Operating voltage range: DC 7V~30V
Static Current: ≤6mA
Working Current: 40mA
Output: Two Relay outputs (Normally open and normally closed)
Working Voltage Range of Relay: AC110~240V or DC0~28V
Maximum Load Current: 5A
4 adjustable delay times: 0.01 seconds ~ 999 minutes
Size: 87 x 47 x 20mm (3.4 x 1.9 x 0.8 inches)
Operating Temperature: -20°C ~ +70°C

Wiring:
Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to terminal “+” of INPUT, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to terminal “-” of INPUT.

If you want to control a DC motor or linear actuator, do as following:
Connect two terminals “NO” to the positive pole of DC power supply, connect two terminals “NC” to the negative pole of DC power supply, and connect two terminals “COM” to two wires of DC motor or linear actuator. You can exchange these two wires to change the direction of movement.

Setting product function and 4 delay times:
1) Press and hold the button K1 for 2 seconds, the screen displays P-11 or other numbers. Press the button K2 to change the first digit to 4. Press the button K3 to change the second digit to 8. Currently the screen displays P-48.

2) Press the button K1, the screen displays A000 or other numbers, then press the button K2 or K3 to adjust this delay time A. Such as if the screen displays A006, it means the delay time is 6 seconds. If the screen displays A999, it means the delay time is 999 seconds. If the screen displays A000, it means the delay time is 0 second.

Note: When setting the delay time, you can press the button K4 to set the time unit of this delay time through the position of the decimal point, for example “A006.” means 6 minutes; “A999.” means 999 minutes; “A0.06” means 0.06 seconds; “A00.6” means 0.6 seconds; “A006” means 6 seconds.

3) Press the button K1, the screen displays b000 or other numbers, then press the button K2 or K3 to adjust this delay time B. Such as if the screen displays b006, it means the delay time is 6 seconds.

4) Press the button K1, the screen displays C000 or other numbers, then press the button K2 or K3 to adjust this delay time C. Such as if the screen displays C006, it means the delay time is 6 seconds.

5) Press the button K1, the screen displays d000 or other numbers, then press the button K2 or K3 to adjust this delay time D. Such as if the screen displays d006, it means the delay time is 6 seconds.

6) Press the button K1, the screen displays ----, it means that all settings have been completed. After setting, you can press button K4 to turn on or off the display.

Automatic cycle working process:
After the setting is completed, you need to turn off the power of the module first.
When the module is powered on again, relay 1 is connected, motor rotates in positive direction or linear actuator extends outward. After waiting for A seconds, relay 1 is disconnected, motor or linear actuator stops. After waiting for B seconds, relay 2 is connected, motor rotates in reversal direction or linear actuator retracts inward. After waiting for C seconds, relay 2 is disconnected, motor or linear actuator stops. After waiting for D seconds, relay 1 is connected again. In this way, two relays are connected or disconnected alternately, and the module repeats the cycle until the power is turned off.
