Application:
This is a wireless remote control single phase AC 120V 220V electric motor switch kit, with 1 channel high power 30A radio receiver and RF transmitter.
It can long range remote control AC motor positive rotation, reverse rotation and stop rotation.
Features:
Wireless remote control, easy to install.
Universal input: support voltage of AC110V (100V~120V), widely used in US, Canada... and voltage of AC220V (200V~240V), used in UK, France...
High Power: Each channel can work at maximum current 30A.
With limit control terminals: You can connect limit switches or sensors to stop the motor.
You can rotate a motor in the positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance.
Wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors, doors or windows.
One/several transmitters can control one/several receivers simultaneously.
You can use two or more units in the same place.

Suitable Transmitters:
This radio receiver can work with different RF transmitters, such as model C-3-2 (100 Meter), CP-3 (500 Meter), and CB-3-2 (1000 Meter).
Working Range:
With a transmitter (such as CP-3) to form a complete set, the maximum working distance can reach 500 meters in an open ground.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data; it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no any interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls or other constructions, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual distance may not reach this maximum working distance.
If you want to have a further working range, you can install an external antenna to the receiver, and you also can use a powerful transmitter, such as CB series transmitters.
Wiring (Control ordinary single phase motor or tubular motor):
1) Connect the common line of the AC motor to terminal “COM” of the receiver;
2) Connect the positive and reversal wires of AC motor to terminals “UP” and “DOWN” of the receiver (You can exchange motor's two wires to change the rotating direction of motor);
3) Connect the live wire of AC power supply to terminal “L” of the receiver;
4) Connect the neutral wire of AC power supply to terminal “N” of the receiver;
5) Connect the ground wire to the metal housing of the AC motor.
Setting different control modes:
1) Setting Momentary mode: Press the learning button in the receiver 2 times, signal LED continuously flashes 2 times and then goes off.
The operation of Momentary mode with the transmitter CP-3:
Press and hold button ▲ of transmitter: Motor rotates in positive direction.
Release button ▲ of transmitter: Motor stops.
Press and hold button ▼ of transmitter: Motor rotates in reversal direction.
Release button ▼ of transmitter: Motor stops.
2) Setting Interlocking mode: Press the learning button in the receiver 4 times, signal LED continuously flashes 4 times and then goes off.
The operation of Interlocking mode with the transmitter CP-3:
Press button ▲ of transmitter: Motor rotates in positive direction.
Press button ■ of transmitter: Motor stops.
Press button ▼ of transmitter: Motor rotates in reversal direction.
Press button ■ of transmitter: Motor stops.
Limit control terminals:
The receiver has limit control terminals, and you can connect external devices (with normally closed contact), such as sensors, limit switches to limit terminals, then use them to stop the motor.
For example, you can connect a normally closed limit switch to terminals "S1", and connect another normally closed limit switch to terminals "S2".
When motor rotates in positive direction, if disconnect two terminals "S1", the motor will stop automatically.
When motor rotates in reversal direction, if disconnect two terminals "S2", the motor will stop automatically.
How to pair the transmitter to the receiver:
1) Press the learning button once in the receiver, signal LED on the receiver flashes one time and then stays on, this indicates that the receiver enters the learning status.
2) Press button ▲ on transmitter, if the signal LED flashes one time, this indicates that the pairing with button ▲ is successful.
Then press button ▼ on transmitter, if the signal LED flashes one time, this indicates that the pairing with button ▼ is successful.
At last press button ■ on transmitter, if the signal LED flashes one time, this indicates that the pairing with button ■ is successful.
3) Press the learning button in the receiver again for 1-2 seconds, signal LED turns off, this indicates that the receiver exits the learning status.
4) The receiver can learn several transmitters with different codes.
How to delete all transmitters codes stored in the receiver:
Press the learning button in the receiver 10 times and then release the learning button, signal LED flashes 10 times quickly and then goes off, this indicates that all stored codes have been deleted successfully.
